The Prime Minister, Hon. James Marape, MP has congratulated Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II on the occasion of her 93rd birthday.

 

“On behalf of my people of Papua New Guinea, I take this time to extend our Nation’s congratulations to Her Majesty on this special day and wish her good health and happiness.

 

“We join the citizens of United Kingdom to show our appreciation of being part of the Commonwealth and thank Her Majesty for her commitment to service delivered when she became Queen over 67 years.

 

“Since becoming Queen in 1952, she continues her official duties without fail. We salute Her Majesty for her undivided and valuable service to all Commonwealth Nations including Papua New Guinea.

 

“Our association with the Queen remains firm and we will continue to build a stronger relationship with the Royal Family,” Prime Minister Marape said.
